Lakland 55 02 Deluxe

The Deluxe is the same as the 55-02 Standard but with the addition of a beautiuful quilted maple top. The 55-02 is equipped with Lakland's familiar MM/J pickup configuration and custom 3-band preamp used in the US-made 55-94. The controls on the 55-02 are the same as on the 55-01 and the master volume pot can be pulled to bypass the active preamp. The 55-02 has a 3-way toggle for coil splitting.

And we have said it before: 35-inch scale necks make for killer low B's! That is why the low tones on Skyline 5-string basses boom with piano-like clarity!
