Marshall Marshall Combos Marshall MG-4 Series
Marshall MG100HFX New Feb 2009 The all new MG range of amplifiers feature a host of features never before seen on a Marshall amp in this price range. Each amp features a full analogue tone circuit providing high quality amplifier tones. By using digitally controlled analogue functions, the MG can deliver precise tonal control without sounding processed or artificial. Every model in the range has a built in FDD (Frequency Dependant Damping) circuit, designed to help mimic the same interaction between the amplifier and speaker...just as it happens in Marshall's professional valve amplification. As you would expect, the MG range is built to the Marshall's usual high standards ensuring reliabilty and excellent tones. This combo is the Marshall MG100HFX, a stylishly designed 100 watt amp head which bears the famous Marshall logo. Featuring four programmable channels (clean, crunch & overdrives) and individual bass, middle and treble tone controls, this amp will allow to create any tone you want for your practicing needs. To help add flexibilty and dynamics to your sound the MG100HFX also includes 5 effect types. These effects are an independent reverb, and then the choice of either a delay (with tap tempo button), chorus, flanger or phaser. By using a combination of gain, EQ and effects, the MG100HFX allows you to program and store your own tone to each of the four channels which can then be quickly accessed via the channel switch buttons. The MG100FX also contains a headphone output, meaning you can jam without annoying your neighbours! Just add a speaker cabinet (ideally the Marshall MG412) and you'll have a full on 100w Marshall stack...at an amazing price! This amplifier comes with a 2 way footswitch but is also compatible with Marshall's STOMPWARE footswitch (optional) which allows access to all four channels and a tuner. |
