The new Expedition Express is a great solution for performers on the move. It's perfect for bands, mobile DJs, schools, houses of worship, corporate AV and institutional applications - anywhere portable, high quality sound is required. The system is comprised of a pair of rugged, acoustically balanced two-way loudspeakers, a 4-channel mixer with 24-bit DSP, an iPod dock, a powerful 250 watt amplifier and all the accessories you need. And the system interlocks and packs up into a single rolling unit so it's easy to transport.

All About the iPod
When it comes to portable PA, it's hard to overstate the convenience of the integrated iPod dock found on the all-new Expedition Express. Whether you're a DJ, a teacher, fitness instructor, musician or an events planner, the ability to seamlessly program music from your iPod creates an incredibly versatile and unique solution, found only on our new EXL250 and XPL300.

Compact and Powerful
The Expedition Express combines a powered speaker with built-in amplification and controls, and a lightweight second speaker or slave. When set up for performance, the two cabinets are connected by a single cable. When they are packed for the road, the lightweight passive speaker cabinet locks into the top of the amplified speaker cabinet with a unique auto-locate mechanism. Each loudspeaker is housed in a lightweight, yet heavy-duty, molded resin cabinet with extensive internal bracing to give it rigidity, low resonance and the maximum possible volume. The High Frequency section employs an elliptical waveguide that offers extra wide dispersion for maximum coverage. Expedition Express includes a professional dynamic microphone, mic clip, mic cable, extension speaker cable and protective ballistic nylon cases.

Pro Quality Electronics
The EXL250's integrated Class D amplifier is perfectly matched to the drivers for surprisingly high efficiency and low current draw. It is also an extremely lightweight amplifier, which enhances the portability of the unit. On-board 24-bit DSP adds dramatic pro-quality effects like reverb and echo, and its ten preset effects make getting great sound fast and easy. With Expedition Express, you get professional sound and comprehensive features in one convenient package.
