The K 506 AFC may be an extremely comfortable wireless headphone with a striking design, but it will also satisfy the most sophisticated ear. The XXL transducer using AKG’s patented Varimotion technology gives a sweeping, full-bodied sound with maximum spatial effect and precision – ideal for dynamic music with contrasting sequences.
This top-of-the-range model in the wireless headphone class is exceptionally easy to operate.

Its plug & play function makes it easy to connect to any audio source: fine tuning is taken care of automatically by the Automatic Gain Control (AGC). Several sets of headphones can be operated simultaneously from a single transmitter. The use of radio technology ensures transmission of the audio signal – even through ceilings and walls (with a range of up to 100 m under ideal transmission conditions, free-field).
A self-adjusting headband provides an optimal fit to any shape of head, and the ear pads can be removed for easy cleaning.
