The Røde Broadcaster is a large diaphragm studio condenser microphone which is, as the name would suggest, optimised specifically for broadcast applications. Its vocal response provides that warmth which is crucial to on-air applications, while the dynamic range and frequency response are widened to deliver exceptional sound quality.

Unique to the Broadcaster is the ON AIR indicator LED which can be switched from a console mounted mute button via the mic’s 5-pin XLR connector. The Broadcaster’s polarity pattern is cardioid, and it comes complete with a high impact carry case and stand-mount.
