The Electro-Harmonix HOG is a polyphonic octave and harmonic generator/guitar synthesizer which can simultaneously generate multiple octaves and harmonics from your guitar output signal. Play single notes, arpeggios or chords and the HOG will track every note. Seven expression modes allow you to modify your sounds using a standard expression pedal, a MIDI controller, or the Expression button on the HOG itself.
The HOG provides 10 interval pitches from 1 octave down to 4 octaves up controlled by 10 faders. 6 expression modes are accessible by an external whammy pedal, MIDI or the EXP button. Contour attack and release in two harmonic regions with Dual Envelope generators. 2 pole 12 dB/octave low pass filter and resonance controls for tone manipulation. Optional Electro-Harmonix Foot Controller stores and loads 6 performance presets.
