Black Panther Maple snare drums feature ultra-thin maple shells with a precision, laser-cut 45-degree bearing edge, which allows maximum sensitivity, clarity and resonance.
The Black Panther Maple snare drums are designed and built for the professional player, with many distinctive appointments, like low-mass lugs, easy-to-operate snare throw-offs, heavy-gauge chrome-steel 2.3mm Powerhoops or 3.0mm die cast hoops, nylon tension rod washers and precision machined brass lug nuts.
Like its traditional maple counterpart, the Black Panther Birdseye Maple Snare Series gives you a rich, warm tone and the versatility of a finely crafted thin, maple shell. The outer ply of highly figured birdseye maple is finished in a flat black lacquer.
