Q: What is the relationship between GAK.CO.UK. and the Guitar, Amp & Keyboard Centre?
A: GAK.CO.UK is the Online Store Of the Guitar, Amp, & Keyboard Centre
Q: Do you guarantee next day delivery?
A: Next day delivery is often achieved once an order has been placed. The delivery charges are standard charges and do not guarantee next day delivery but we always use an insured next working day (not saturday or sunday) service when instructing our couriers. As all delivery times are subject to stock at exact time of order, and all orders are processed on a first come first served basis, you will not be able to find out when you will receive the goods until an order is placed, and you have been given a tracking number. We do not charge until we are ready to send the goods so you can cancel at any time if you feel the delivery date is too far off. Generally speaking then, if you place your order before 10am and the goods are in stock, you will have it on your doorstep the following day. We are extremely busy and occasionally have a backlogue of orders. This may sometimes cause a small delay in the processing of your file, but we will endeavour to keep you update via the tracker at all times.
Q: Is it cheaper to buy online?
A: Generally speaking, products are cheaper to purchase online (although this is not always the case), so please do not assume that the price will be matched in store or over the phone from the Guitar, Amp & Keyboard Centre.
Q: The reason for this price difference?
A: GAK.CO.UK was set up to compete with online companies. With this in mind, we decided to offer a straight-forward efficient service for people who were happy to buy online, or who already had a clear Idea of what they required.
The Brighton showrooms and mail-order company offers a different level of service, allowing customers to come and browse an extensive range of musical Instruments and equipment in one of our 3 dedicated shops.
This service includes one-on-one product advice with experienced musicians/sales team, a huge range of demo stock for you to try, A 7 day refund, 30 day exchange on purchases (terms apply), finance options, a direct point of contact, and a chance for you to make a more informed choice. This all incurs more overheads, hence the difference in prices online and instore.
If you know want you want or are happy to browse online, then buying directly from the site will save you money, If however, you require some advice or would like to demo several different instruments before you buy, then instore will be a better option, and we feel the small difference in price is justified if you end up with the right product.
Q: If I buy online, can I return goods to the Guitar, Amp & Keyboard Centre if I have any problems?
A: No. you would need to return goods to GAK.CO.UK.
Q: If I would like to speak to somebody for advice for an online purchase, who do I contact?
A: Our internet Pre-advise line is manned by the Guitar, Amp & Keyboard Centre 01273 665400 (Option 1)

Q: What are the Delivery charges?
A: All delivery costs are shown at before the final checkout stage when placing an order. It is charged per order and not per item and is calculated based on the area or region you live in.
